A simple, protein-packed pasta bake made from everyday store cupboard ingredients. Using tuna, cottage cheese and our Supergreens Soup for a creamy sauce, this is an easy midweek meal that's high in protein, full of flavour, and a great way to get extra greens into your dinner.

Ingredients

3 tbsp cottage cheese (we love ALL THINGS)

1 tin of tuna in olive oil

3 tbsp pesto

1 sachet Soul Kitchen Supergreens Soup

Handful grated cheddar

120g pasta

1 small head broccoli, cut into florets
Method

In a medium sized bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, pesto, tuna with olive oil, Soul Kitchen Supergreens Soup dry mix and grated cheddar.

Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions.

Add the broccoli to the pasta water for the final 4 minutes of cooking.

Drain the pasta and broccoli, then stir into the tuna and cheese mixture until well combined.

Transfer to an ovenproof dish.

Bake at 180°C for 12 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the top is lightly golden and crispy.
